As you may know, exciting growth is on the horizon for Hardee County! Several new businesses are making significant progress this year, bringing fresh opportunities for dining, and job creation. At The Development Group, we are committed to fostering a vibrant local economy, and these projects represent major steps forward. Culver’s will introduce another great third space and dining option to the community, while Aloha Medical Services and Debut Development will create valuable jobs and strengthen our local tax base. These investments are building blocks for a stronger, more prosperous Hardee County.
Culvers
Culver’s is steadily making its way to Wauchula, adding not just another dining option but a welcoming space for young people to gather, socialize, and enjoy a meal together. The extension of Hogan Street will improve access to the restaurant, ensuring convenience for customers. With a closing date set for November 2025, we look forward to seeing this project come to life and become a hub for our community.
Aloha Medical Services
Aloha Medical Services is bringing new career opportunities to Hardee County with its multi-state headquarters, set for completion in early 2025. Once open, Aloha will provide over 100 jobs, strengthening our local workforce and offering residents a pathway to careers in the medical services industry. This project is a major step in Hardee County’s continued economic growth.
Debut Development
Debut Development is making significant progress on its new facility in the Business Park, marking an important investment in Hardee County’s future. With 30 new jobs on the horizon, this project will provide meaningful employment opportunities and contribute to the area’s industrial growth. The completion of Phase 1—including design, engineering, and permitting—sets the stage for the next steps, with interior design nearly finished and sitework officially underway as of December 2024. As this development takes shape, it represents a growing network of businesses choosing Hardee County as a place to thrive.
We hope you will join us in enjoying and celebrating these new opportunities coming to our county!
